Hey all. I wanted to open this topic for us to share resources for the upcoming holidays. Here goes!

Sears and KMart have layaway programs for the holidays and ToysRUs just jumped on the consumer finance bandwagon! Just thought I would pass it along. Have a great day!

Target is having a pretty good deals going on. I found some coupons from Taget on some great toy deals. Most of them do expire on November 25,2009.
I unfortunately do not live close to a Target (3 hours away). But that did not stop me from passing the saving to you! Make sure you check their weekly ad for further savings. Especially the more than 80 Wii games that they are offering a buy 2 and get one free deal. On top of that, they have a coupon for $10.00 off two wii games in the link above. Happy Savings!

Hasbro Game night is offering a few coupons also. These expire in January. I am always buying a game for each of the kids for Christmas. And what a great way to add to your collections when you can get them for cheap!

Toys R Us and Hasbro
Stop by Toys R Us this week for a fabulous deal on Hasbro games. Here’s the scoop. Hasbro has teamed up with Toys R Us to offer $69 in mail-in rebates on games.

After rebate you’ll be able to get preschool games like Candy Land, Chutes & Ladders, Memory, Hi Ho Cherry-O, Don’t Break the Ice and Ants in the Pants for just $1.99. You’ll pay $3.99 at Toys R Us, but each is eligible for a $2 rebate.

Even better, when you spend $25 on Hasbro games, you’ll get a $10 Toys R Us gift card. Here’s what you could do:

Buy 7 games for $27.93
Apply for $14 in rebates ($2 for each game)
Receive $10 gift card
Spend $3.93 on 7 games!

Quick note that you must purchase only one of each $3.99 game since you may only apply for each rebate once. Also, the themed or character versions of the games are not eligible for this rebate offer (e.g., Disney Princess edition of Chutes & Ladders).

Don’t forget that these games can make great birthday gifts too, so it’s a great time to stock up! There’s also a coupon on the front of this week’s Toys R Us ad to get you a $10 gift card when you spend $75 or more.
And there is a link to some Hasbro game coupons above in this thread

Target and Walmart are offering competitor price matches.
There is a really good deal on the Movie Up using the match ability.
You can read it here: Couponing to Disney

My favorite place to shop for holiday deals or any day of the year is Dollar Tree. Everything is always a dollar. Goodwill Store is second. Yard sales are third. I guess I'm a bit too frugal to shop at regular stores. As a single parent, I have to watch my pennies.

And I use the competitor matched sales every week at Walmart for groceries. I'm the one no one wants to get behind at the checkout counter because I have three or four sale ads from various stores. I separate out my groceries into sections- Walmart prices, Albertson prices, HEB prices, Brookshires prices, and United prices. And I get the ads free from a friend. I usually give the ads to the unlucky person behind me for being so patient.

I loved the couponing to Disneyland site!

I have a new one to add. It gives best deals and coupons online. http://www.bradsdeals.com.

There is a lot out there! Walmart seems to be pushing a pricing war with Target and Amazon on DVD's and Wii games!
